Can I pick up my order?

• If you are local to the Atlanta, GA area, you are more than welcome to pick up your order! Once your order is placed, email us at selfkiniswimwear@gmail.com to schedule your pick up time or you can message us on Instagram (@selfkiniwear).

 

How long will it take my order to ship?

• Shipping takes 3-5 business days however due to Covid-19 please expect delays with orders! All of our orders are shipped through the USPS.

 

• International orders take 1-3 weeks (7-10 Business days or more) depending on your location. 

 

• Preorder items are estimated to ship within 3-4 weeks. Customer will receive an email with tracking number once their item is shipped. 

 

What is your return policy?

• We do NOT offer refunds at any time. All sales are FINAL.

 

• If your item is shown delivered and you proceed with a chargeback, you will NO LONGER be eligible to shop on my website. Your name and info (including family member names related to you) will be banned from shopping on my website. We will open a case between your bank, including you as well. 

 

How will I know when my order is shipped?

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

  

How does sizing work?

• All swimwear is Brazilian style meaning they do run small! We recommend that you size up if you are not comfortable with your suit being cheeky. PLEASE EXPECT YOUR SUITS TO BE CHEEKY.

  

I messed up on my address, but my order went through?

• If you forgot to include your apartment, suite, or building number in your address PLEASE EMAIL US at selfkiniswimwear@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY after your order went through. After 48 hours if you have not emailed us and we have shipped out your order, then Selfkini does not take responsibility for your package and we will NOT offer a refund. If you still want the items previously purchased you will need to re-purchase.

 

Can I pre-order?

• All pre-order items will be available for pre-order online! Stay tuned on our socials for launch dates! @Selfkiniwear

• All orders are shipped through USPS.
